Job Purpose:
The Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Department by entering orders. They are also in charge of providing management with weekly reports. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills and is capable of supporting multiple projects with competing priorities. The ability to properly prioritize work flow and thrive in a busy and dynamic work environment is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Entering customer orders, ensure accuracy of data entered
  • Verify order forms are filled out correctly by customer
  • Recognize and escalate any critical issues to management immediately
  • Assist sales with new customer implementation/boarding
  • Provide weekly sales out reports to management and Sales team
  • Coordinate issues pertaining to orders with customers
  • Research customer issues regarding new orders and billing
  • Wireless activations/deactivations
  • Tradeshow coordination with Sales team
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Billing and CRM system experience a plus
  • Must be resourceful and internet savvy

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technology and ready to learn new things.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planning and design activities for new projects under the supervision of a senior engineer
  • Estimate for development activities
  • Identify and repair bugs in existing projects and notify to a supervisor
  • Provide design alternatives, assumptions, advantages and disadvantages
  • Research various options for solutions to problems reported by QA or customers
  • Write code using the company’s SDK
  • Write documentation:
    –  Write installation, user guide, API library and other documentation
    –  Write documents for customers needing detailed instructions not covered in existing documentation
  • Work with customers and replicate and troubleshoot issues
  • Perform unit testing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or the equivalent education
  • Experience developing software using “C” language: 1 year+
  • Experience working in a Linux environment
  • Team player
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong communication skills – good customer facing and relationship building skills
  • Good listening skills, asks questions and willing and eager to learn

Job Purpose:
Quality Assurance Specialist needed to perform software testing and debugging. This position requires a self-starter and independent worker who is excited to find issues and dissect software code and debug output. The position requires executing and debugging both test cases and scripts. Once you perform regression testing and verifying fixes; your diligence in perfection will be appreciated by the end user.

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience in white box testing environment
  • Linux knowledge. SQL and Java/C, shell scripting knowledge helpful
  • Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking system
  • Ability to read data streams and recognize error language
  • Experience in completing test scripts
  • Able to create concise test-related documentation as necessary
  • Exercise good judgment in weighing show stopper bugs to determine software readiness
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Self-starter and good multi-tasking skills

Preferences:

  • Credit card industry knowledge a plus
  • Basic understanding of software development practices
  • Basic understanding of networking (DHCP and DNS)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum BA degree in computer science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Job Purpose:
Technical Support Specialist needed for Level 2 support. Experience in a technical support call center is necessary. This position requires a self-starter and independent worker with the ability to ‘think outside the box’. Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and/or system level failures. Technician must be able to handle technical inquiries and investigate reported issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone or email
  • Make out-going support calls
  • Assist customers with orders and repair authorization requests
  • Download and test equipment for deployment, when needed
  • Provide support for level 2 customers
  • Manage special projects
  • Recognize the significance of providing world class technical support
  • Logging incidents and documenting incident resolution in ticketing system
  • Handle a variety of incoming technical support calls ranging from software to hardware issues
  • Clearly articulate and restate problems to confirm understanding and explain solutions to technical issues in nontechnical terms to customer
  • Provide a friendly, courteous, service-oriented communication style (both in receiving and responding to customer support incidents as well as in working with co-workers)

Requirements:

  • Two years’ experience in merchant services and help desk
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Ability to toggle between systems/tools while responding to phone conversations without interruption
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a professional manner
  • Must have strong multitasking and problem solving skills
  • WiFi and cellular wireless knowledge a plus

Warehouse Worker needed to perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. The nature of our product involves programming/downloading devices, technical thinking is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (program,
    pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, scan and store)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Complete logs into inventory
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
  • Familiarity with warehouse practices and methods
  • Experience with UPS WorldShip
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • High school diploma or above
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (Hardware & Software)
