Tony was appointed President and CEO after having served as Acting Chief Executive Officer in 2010. He joined ExaDigm as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over 25 years experience as a CFO and Controller. Prior to joining ExaDigm, Tony was Managing Director of Priority Advisors, which focused on business and financial advisory services to small and mid-size companies primarily in the technology sector.
Tony has also served as Senior Managing Director for the Global Client Solutions Group with Cushman & Wakefield; CFO for Ximeta Inc., a technology start up, where he was instrumental in achieving revenues of $16 million in its first full year; CFO and Director of Metalclad Corp., a Nasdaq-listed company, where he helped lead a successful prosecution of the first investor case under the NAFTA treaty; and VP and Controller of the $2 billion Energy Services Group of LG&E Energy, an NYSE company.
